About Jessica

Hi! Thank you for stopping by Fit Healthy Mamas. I’m Jess, a proud mom and an experienced Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. I understand the challenges of staying motivated to eat healthy and be physically active during pregnancy and while balancing life as a working mom. I also know first-hand what it’s like dealing with the grief of pregnancy loss and the anxiety surrounding subsequent pregnancies. I decided to create Fit Healthy Mamas as a place to share evidence-based and practical advice about diet and exercise. Enjoy!
