As a woman, my focus areas include diet and exercise during pregnancy and post-partum, and performance nutrition for female athletes of all ages. Since 2005, I have worked as a nutrition educator in non-profit, outpatient, and wellness settings. In 2009 I created Major League Wellness, which is focused on delivering sports nutrition and weight management guidance to athletes of all ages.
